Established in 2023, the Platform Thinking HUB is the innovation leaders’ community where to envision revolutionary digital business transformations built upon platform-based mechanisms.
What we will discover together:

asset needed to trigger these kinds of transformations,
•What main outputs can Platform Thinking enable for established firms.

The focus of PTH is to help our partners in envisioning possible ways to develop Platform Thinking in their firm working on a business case they pick.

FUTURE | Sense Making by System Thinking
OBSERVATORY

The FUTURES | Sense Making by System Thinking Observatory has been founded in 2023 with the aim of experimenting and promoting innovative approaches in designing Futures. In highly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous contexts existing in modern society leaders, innovators, and organizations are required to design desirable futures responsibly and proactively, as opposed to adapting and reacting to emerging futures after they have been defined.

Every edition of the observatory is dedicated to a specific topic on which the futures are designed.

This annual edition (2023/24) focuses on:

«Human Wellbeing in the Era of Intelligent Technologies».

The Design Thinking for Business Observatory was established in 2017 because of the growing pervasiveness of this approach to innovation within various application contexts, from strategic consulting to large enterprises. The Observatory represents the point of reference for the community of innovators who adopt cutting edge design approaches to create value for their companies, clients and end customers.

Since 2015, the Digital Innovation in Retail Observatory conducts longitudinal research at the frontier of retail format innovation. It consists of 3 souls: a technological one, oriented to understanding how new technologies impact the customer experience. A marketing one, studying the evolution of what customers live in the store. And an Innovation one focused on understanding why customers will enter a store in the future and the new enabling retail formats.
